Dr. Katherine Teter is a vascular surgeon at NYU Langone Health, based in New York City.

She specializes in all areas of vascular care including venous disease, aortic surgery , carotid surgery, dialysis access, and peripheral arterial disease.

My Background

Dr. Teter obtained her medical degree from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2015. She completed both her general surgery residency and vascular surgery fellowship at NYU Langone Health in Manhattan. As chief resident, she served as the Quality Improvement (QI) Chief and served for many years on the Housestaff Patient Safety Council. Upon completing her training, she joined the NYU vascular faculty where she continues her interests in patient safety and quality improvement.
